Why should I register?

Registration is the prelude to membership allowing you to enter our centralized parts hub. Once approved, you can view inventories from other multi-national manufacturers and EMS leaders around the globe. Additionally, you will be able to submit your excess components to the database for viewing by other members.

What does membership give me?

Once you are a full member, you can enter our real-time fully functioning global trading floor. You can source, sell, and complete transactions from within the confines of our platform. You will view excess inventories in our system from global hi-tech manufacturing leaders and Fortune 500 OEMs in the aerospace, consumer, industrial, automotive, medical and telecom sectors worldwide. You will create your own warehouse within our global village to buy and sell your overstock components without fear of straining "sensitive" supply line partners.

Why are you different than my favorite broker?

We are a technology.... machines NEVER stop working! It is simply more effective to automate whenever possible. So unlike traditional brokers, our system works 24hrs, 7 days a week to meet YOUR demands. We do not go to the open market and source any components like a traditional broker. We are a technology company that offers you a secure trading hub. We charge the buyer a percentage of the transaction. That’s all! The size of your company doesn’t matter to our closed loop system. We offer protection against buying counterfeit parts so you can rest easy in your transaction. And here’s a huge plus; we do not mark up or manipulate component pricing due to market availability.

Does your system eliminate the need for a broker?

NO! If we do not have the parts requested then a broker is needed.

Where do you fit in our supply line?

As a business, we must recognize what we are and what we are not. XS Direct Inc. will NEVER go outside of our secure pipeline to look for components as a traditional open market broker will. Therefore, we need to identify and point out where we may fit in the supply line. Our company fits between the franchise distributor and the open market broker.

How do you assure my components purchase? How does this work?

We supply only electronic components from our secure pipeline. All of our members have to pass strict membership criteria comprised of many different variables. Our formula creates an environment which provides protection to the buyer from receiving bad or counterfeit parts. Because of our corporate agreements, we can unconditionally guarantee that your purchase will meet and exceed your quality standards. Obviously mistakes do happen occasionally. The important thing is how one responds to a mistake that that determines the value of a company to its customers.

What does XSD expect from members that sell overstock?

XSD expects compliance to ensure all components sold are 100% guaranteed. Our firm is built on solid technology, security, protection and long-term relationships to ensure strict business methods. Remember, this is a global village you have joined and all members must adhere to the same guidelines.

How is my identity protected?

XS Direct Inc. views privacy as a very important factor. We protect all participants, not only at the Purchase Order stage but throughout our trading hub by issuing an undisclosed ID number whereby no one else will know your identity. At XS Direct Inc. we facilitate all aspects of your trade internally, never revealing your identity to anyone. Everyone on our system is anonymous. XS Direct protects your confidentiality by ensuring proper disposal of any and all sensitive company data and documentation.

How can I be assured of your guarantee?

We only deal with companies that have practiced fair and honest trade protocol and that seek to benefit from a community of likeminded co-members. Our supply line comes only from quality vested firms such as yours and other Tier One OEMs and CEMs. We pass along those assurances to you, the member, by providing components that are fully traceable and 100% guaranteed or your money back.

How do I receive my order?

All shipments are FOB our Florida warehouse. We ask you to select the freight provider at the point of sale.

What happens if I need to return merchandise?

Policy and procedure for this system will be handled by one of our courteous customer service advisors.
